  I did not stay as a guest at this hotel, I was delivering food to a guest. The inside of the building was very outdated yet, still in good shape. I was not invited into the tenant's room but I did ask plenty of questions. I was told that the building itself had good tenants and that it very quiet there. I was also told that the price was fair and that every room there was a kitchenette. The current tenant said that there was no bugs there either. From what I saw I would say that this is a place that I would look into if a kitchenette was the the type of housing that I was looking for.
